I love this app I recommend it to all my family and friends as well as people in support groups I see struggling.. However I think this app should also add a journal section to the how are you feeling today so you can keep track of your emotions and being able to change between paths would be super helpful cos imma complicated being and would like to work on a few areas of myself at once
Was a great app and still is but it's funny how you can approach someone light heartedly and soft spoken through text, peacefully, and then they call you toxic and your account is unusable....it was a great app til it accepted posts about race....it's another Facebook platform now. Second account ditched. I will not try again a third time.
I did the most recent update and the app broke I keep clicking it but it won’t open I love the app way better than the website but now I’m stuck using the website fix it please. I am upset about the app not working anymore.
So, you seem to be just like every person in this world money hungry? People download this app due to the fact no therapy is free and the prices in the world are going up causing more stresses in our life’s where do we turn now if apps are pushing for payment. I was doing the cups now it stuck on listener which I looked at and the only option is learn more upvote down vote( I did many downvotes due to it staying) I change activity but with out fail it goes back to the listener one. Please keep money out of it please fix your glitch or I’ll remove app and I’ll turn more on this horrid world. I have the option to pay I CANT AFFORD IT IM NEAR HOMELESS!! If I wanted to pay I’d pay but I can’t and the email triggered me so I never want to pay you a dime, here you can have my blood if you want to be like that the rest of your kind are taking my money like they the ones homeless and struggling
the app idea itself is really great but it’s downfall is the fact that i cannot open chats at all it just says error + i used to get around it by just using a google search (which worked on my phone and computer) but it does not work on my phone anymore i used to love 7 cups but now i’m disliking it more and more every time i open it
It’s been over a whole day and my supposed called “listener” still hasn’t gotten back to me. What the point in talking to someone that isn’t going to respond when you are clearly not mentally okay. It’s hard for some people to open up about there feeling or they feel alone and having this app made it worst. This app is supposed to be so you have someone to talk to but my someone hasn’t even gotten back to me and it’s been over a day.
Very nice
There’s no option to change one’s profile through this app. It’s also very laggy and outdated. I wish it was easier to manage because the buttons are quite annoying. Messages disappear as well so it’s super confusing. The buttons don’t even do what they’re supposed to do!
This is so helpful! Coming from someone who works in healthcare it’s everything I’ve needed
Many of these people are not even online. You have higher chance finding help by going to medical professionals. Do not get this app.
