The idea behind the app is really good and helpful and it has been a huge help to me. The only issue is that the app is a bit buggy and can be inconvenient to use at times but besides that, it's pretty fine

How do I get my money back, that was my school fees pleaseeeeeeeeeee😭😭😭 didn’t see an amount and thought it was less and 150USD was taken that’s 54k that’s was my schools fee. How do I get it back

7cups is an amazing app that gives people the opportunity to speak with people concerning a wide range of issues from anxiety to depression and so much more directly from their mobile phones or computers. They also offer mobile therapy with trained an licensed therapists as well as listeners. They let them know that reaching out to seek help takes a lot of courage and the members have applauded you for taking the big step. The listeners are there to listen to and support members. Volunteering as a listener for such an amazing cause has been highly rewarding and I recommend anyone going throug challenges to be a member!!

This app has made me a better person and more compassionate.

This app used to be one of my main go to when I was feeling sad, but now it just depresses me even more. Every time I go on this app and I try to find someone to speak to. It is either someone asking me for inappropriate things or I get no response at all. Honestly, there is really no point to getting this app because you would just have it be sitting in your library because you are not even able to use it for its purpose because there are more than a few users. And if you are in English speaking person, it is a little bit of a challenge to find someone who does speak English, I’ve seen three or four English speaking people and the rest spoke different languages which is not a complaint by any means just a little thing to look out for or keep in mind when or if you install this app. I will most likely be uninstalling it soon because I’ve gotten tired of it just taking up space and not actually serving its purpose. But again I used to get great people who genuinely did help me and the time still was high, but at least I got to talk to someone unlike now where I put in and it hits the 30 minute mark and I get no response I cancel it and go onto the next person.
