Lackluster design, poor choice of colors. & Not user friendly at all , as in, poor placement of buttons and menu. Other design issues, such as compatibility with new iPhones. Some text headings are covered by the iPhone notch. Some pages are cut off at the top and bottom like they were designed for iPhone 6,7 and 8. As a listener once you open your list of messages and enter one of the messages, there's no way to go back to list of messages. The only way is to terminate the app and start it again. Overall lacks polish. Disappointing app!

Some changes but overall good
There are some changes such as glitches and slow responses that can be changed as well as the layout of the different things. But other than that everything is great and useful. I personally have the app however I spend more time opening the 7cups website on safari on my phone since it responses faster and that the layout is more convenient.
