I’ve had it for about a little over 2 years now and the support on it is good and sometimes actually helpful but something they really need to fix is going into the app, let’s say a month since you last opened it, it locks you out and u need a brand new account bc it says it can’t remember you so all that progress and people for nothing. I have like 7 gmail accounts now.
Not recommending
I was here cause I was depressed and lonely. It was recommended to me online. I went through a long questionnaire and a robot intro and the to find : no one to talk to. There was no one there after all that!! Not what I needed at this difficult time and I would not recommend to anyone

I would have to say it is the best app on the App Store helping so many people everyday 10/10
One thing is needed
There are no words to describe how amazing this application is . All thanks go to the developers and whom worked on it . I just would wish if there was additional option which is make friends because I believe many ppl relive their anxiety by making friendships the laughs the jokes the long conversations do help a lot.
It wont load for some reason
I haven’t even been able to use the app yet because whenever I open it up, it pretty much freezes. Please fix this because I love the idea of this app and I’d love to be able to use it💙

It is by no means a substitute for actual therapy; but, it is absolutely wonderful if you just need someone to talk to. Highly recommended!
Very bad.
The people on here are all very young and inexperienced, I'm talking early teens that don't know what they're talking about. Unimpressed and concerned for those trying to use this as a therapy/consolation outlet.
