It doesn't show anyone the instruction videos within the app.

Only 7 minutes, but you feel the workout through the whole body. Very satisfying.
Simple et efficace
Contient tout ce qu'on cherche dans une app 7 Minutes. Pourquoi pas 5 étoiles ? La voix standard fait un peu trop électronique, et j'aurais aimé une photo de l'exercice avec le workout. Sinon, les vidéos explicatives sont utiles (en anglais).
