Runfit内に組み込まれている方がオススメ
同じWahooから配信されているRunfitアプリ内にもこの7minutesは組み込まれています。ランニングや筋トレなどと同時に行う場合はRunfitを使用した方が情報を集約できていいかと思います。また、7minutes単体のアプリだと、エクササイズ名のみ表示されるので、私はそのエクササイズがどのようなものなのか瞬時に（デフォルトで設定されている10秒の休憩内に）判断がつかないことがありました。イラストが同時に表示されるのRunfitの方が使いやすいです。
