I thought the 7mins was too small. But hey, the 7 minutes workout is like 1hr workout. The exercise is so effective. Good for mornings and nights. Good for busy professionals. Makes on dedicated cos it doesn't take time. I could feel the whole work in my muscles. Nice one.
