Looking for a free effective app, this is it, please don’t change anything
Nice and short
It’s a good app. The free workouts are still valuable if you don’t want to sign up for a subscription
Best short effective workout app ever
I’ve been using this app for more than 5 years now and it’s best for when I am lazy but know I have to stay fit. The results show all the time and it’s so convenient when I travel. I can use it anywhere any time without missing out on live cause it just takes 7 mins.
