Well I think second day on it. They did ask if I wanted to buy the premium version at a monthly cost but skipped past that, seems to be working for now. I’ll write another review if anything changes

I travel often for work and this app is an amazing tool for keeping fit. It's not always possible to go for a jog and this is perfect for a workout in my hotel room. The app is easy to use and understand with superb animation.

I absolutely love this app. It is so easy to use, works your full body, and you don’t need fancy equipment, just a small space to do it. I have been using this app for many years, and nothing has ever come close to it. I have seen great results, my body shape has changed and I am much stronger. Highly recommend this app.
What a difference 7 minutes make
It’s a wonderful way to start a day. This short spur of activity gets your different muscle groups going. Not normally a fan of doing gym, but I’m starting to look forward to this when I wake up in the morning.
