Junk app ever in the world

Suck. Just suck. Passport scan doesn’t work, requiring US address even I don’t have. What a dumb the developer is. I suppose it’s built by a chimpanzee.

App Has Constant Errors

Can’t book, always get errors. Book on the website using a PC instead. Try to look up reservation I had to make on the PC: another error. Is there a purpose for this app?

Can’t register a user

And the error message is server is not responding 500. Poor quality app

iOSをアップデートしたらログインできなくなった。アプリ削除して再インストールしてもダメだった

Calendar Issue Makes It Useless

The calendar doesn't work so I can't select any dates at all. So because today's date is the default, I can't get any search results. Or even change the date. This app looks like it could be useful though.

Decent

9 out of 10 times, I always get an error message whenever I try to changes seat numbers on my first try. Other than that, it's a decent app.

American Airlines is wonderful open to use the update it as an update on my phone👍😥

Experience

This is the second flight in as many months that I have flown from Los Angeles to Charlotte with a connection to Charleston sc only to have my connecting flight delayed or canceled in the first instance, leading to having to sleep in the charlotte airport because I wasn’t informed early enough to leave the airport and secure a hotel. Only allowing me five hours before my flight would leave at 5 AM the next day being informed at almost 1:00 AM. As you can see, made no sense to leave the airport even if I could’ve procured a hotel. In the second instance, my plane was delayed almost 4 hours. I took an earlier flight that was offered me but my bags failed to get on it so it made no difference. I had to wait in the airport to collect my luggage.
