I recently traveled to LHR from LAX with AA in premium economy. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Average age of cabin crew was 60 and they were hackingly rude. We felt like we were in principle’s office at school. They constantly turned off passangers’ call buttons without asking if they need anything, rushing to deliver food and beverage and never cleaned toilets (not even once which they have to during overseas flights). My husband and I couldn’t use entertainment system (for 10 hours of flight) because they ran out of premium economy/economy class headphones. Gave us business class headphones but they didn’t work. That was an unacceptable mistake! Lights turned off right after they picked up our dinner trays and never served anything (not even water or a piece of cracker) for 9 hours! An hour before we landed they handed out a cup of yoghourt and unripe fruit and a cup of coffee. And “generously” let us to eat in 5 minutes! I will never travel with American Airlines again and remind everyone to not to!

This is the second flight in as many months that I have flown from Los Angeles to Charlotte with a connection to Charleston sc only to have my connecting flight delayed or canceled in the first instance, leading to having to sleep in the charlotte airport because I wasn’t informed early enough to leave the airport and secure a hotel. Only allowing me five hours before my flight would leave at 5 AM the next day being informed at almost 1:00 AM. As you can see, made no sense to leave the airport even if I could’ve procured a hotel. In the second instance, my plane was delayed almost 4 hours. I took an earlier flight that was offered me but my bags failed to get on it so it made no difference. I had to wait in the airport to collect my luggage.

Freezes and errors out constantly. Never works when you need it to.

They lost my checked bag in London

American Airlines is the reason Ohio is sus, the reason meatloaf is a thing, worse than spirit, always delayed flights, always cancelled flights, and doesn’t care for their customers.

I need about 6 verification codes to make an account, then they don’t accept my passport number, and the app is all locked up. No customer support available.

I fly to Jacksonville my bag goes to LA! Great service. Glad I was 1st class
