Worst airline and app ever!!! Avoid like the plaque

Not only have the staff at the service desk no help attitude, there is nobody to be found at 21:50 at any of them so they just skip early leaving people standing there with cancelled flights and no assistance. The app is totally useless as well so better Not fly Aa!!!

I regret to book a flight with AA, such unclear website, app and booking. Also the total weird bagage booking and paying at check in. Everything made me super insecure and it is not the first time i book a flight, but the last one I book here.

Am not from the states. Can’t seem to submit my vaccination form. So can’t check in at all. Would be a useful app if I could. Called with American Airlines after. They didn’t pick up. Costed me too much money to try to reach them after I was waiting for twenty minutes.

App laat constant zien "You have 0 upcoming trips" terwijl de vluchtreservering er wel degelijk is. Hierdoor is het gebruik van een Apple Watch ook nutteloos. Als ik op "Find Reservation" klik, krijg ik mijn vluchtgegevens goed te zien.
