Horrible experience

Long loading times, you cannot complete required forms, scan passport doesn’t work with neither camera or nfc. And they use a scrolling wheel for everything….

Worthless app

None working can’t check in. Gets the passport info wrong.

Useless app

A completely useless app. I doesn’t even respond to pressing buttons or attempting to add text into text fields. How can a big airline have such a useless phone app? People got paid to program this?

Experience

This is the second flight in as many months that I have flown from Los Angeles to Charlotte with a connection to Charleston sc only to have my connecting flight delayed or canceled in the first instance, leading to having to sleep in the charlotte airport because I wasn’t informed early enough to leave the airport and secure a hotel. Only allowing me five hours before my flight would leave at 5 AM the next day being informed at almost 1:00 AM. As you can see, made no sense to leave the airport even if I could’ve procured a hotel. In the second instance, my plane was delayed almost 4 hours. I took an earlier flight that was offered me but my bags failed to get on it so it made no difference. I had to wait in the airport to collect my luggage.

Freezes and errors out constantly. Never works when you need it to.

American Airlines is the reason Ohio is sus, the reason meatloaf is a thing, worse than spirit, always delayed flights, always cancelled flights, and doesn’t care for their customers.

Impossible to use

I need about 6 verification codes to make an account, then they don’t accept my passport number, and the app is all locked up. No customer support available.
