The BlackVue app is very convenient and packed with useful features. It connects easily to the dashcam, allowing quick video playback and downloads. The cloud function is especially helpful – you can check recordings remotely anytime. The interface is user-friendly, and the app runs smoothly. A great solution for anyone who wants full control over their car’s recordings!
Can’t connect to my BlackVue WiFi after upgrade to iOS 13
App: I’m not able to rate this more than one star. App is like from more than one developer, parts glued together. The interface is usable but there is plenty of room to do it more userfriendly. 1) There isn’t the option to “Delete” footage from a dashcam so you have to put the SDcard in a PC to delete specific videos or you can format entire card. 2) The cloud account is limited to only one session at the time and you are not able to share camera footage/notifications with another account(for example, another user of the same car) 3) “Two-way talk” is a joke, only one talks at the time and there is about 5-10 seconds of a silence between each other(both devices connected through LTE 150/50), nothing pleasant to use. 4) Information from G-sensor is missing 5) The app counts view/download even there is an error like the “Camera in use...” and it’s happening pretty often. Support: Be prepared for dumb person nick-named Edison... Hardware: DR900S is not a cheap thing and it has more cons than pros. The dashcam doesn’t have a single heatsink or thermalpad inside, so it overheats pretty easily (Blackvue claims it’s not, but just search for a second via google...). Not to mention poor night performance(i expected that) of the front camera but the fact the accelerometer triggers events during pretty smooth drive(stable speed, smooth road) is disapointing - tested three units on the lowest sensitivity with same result. Oh, don’t expect the main advantage of the h265(especially in parking mode) they set it to CBR so same file size for every condition...
Please add functionality to lock at least one previous file BEFORE event ( manual or automatic trigger )

Terrible app for such an expensive and well known dashcam brand. App is slow and unreliable, and constantly logs you out. This really isn’t acceptable.
Great camera, awful app. Not user friendly, always connecting and disconnecting. Doesn’t work more than it does.
For a dash cam so expensive, the app that comes with it is really poor. It’s very glitchy and takes long to load. Please fix this so I can feel like I got my money’s worth 😔
