Firmware update over the air
You can access your dashcam through a direct connection via Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can access all the videos stored on the dashcam's microSD card, adjust the camera angle, and modify BlackVue's settings as needed. You can also apply firmware updates wirelessly (FOTA).
BlackVue Cloud is a dedicated service for BlackVue users that allows you to access your BlackVue from anywhere at any time. Creating a BlackVue Cloud account is simple and free. After creating an account, you can register your Cloud-compatible BlackVue in the app and configure it to connect to your hotspot.

Terrible support, not working

Their app does not work, contact support also they support with lazy attitude, and close ticket before even solve any issue (even right after they ask follow up request for info, within minutes, with no intention of solving at all). Stay away for blackvue product.

I can’t link my Blackvue camera with the app!

Cant connect blackvue after connect wifi

Even connected to wifi, still showing please connect yo blackvue wifi in the phone wifi setting list.. dumb apps!!

Not support ios13

This software doesn’t support ios13. Pls don’t update if you phone is running on ios13. I can’t link the unit with the software. Seem it can’t detect the unit even after I wirelessly connected with the unit. 🤦🏻‍♂️
