Firmware update over the air
You can access your dashcam through a direct connection via Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can access all the videos stored on the dashcam's microSD card, adjust the camera angle, and modify BlackVue's settings as needed. You can also apply firmware updates wirelessly (FOTA).
BlackVue Cloud is a dedicated service for BlackVue users that allows you to access your BlackVue from anywhere at any time. Creating a BlackVue Cloud account is simple and free. After creating an account, you can register your Cloud-compatible BlackVue in the app and configure it to connect to your hotspot.

Removing usable core functionality

Releasing update and removing one really cool and usable core functionality namely streaming. My guess is that many even bought the camera on that functionality. Very disappointing

Avoid Blackview

(DR900S-2CH) Blackview charges for GPS-coordinates when they could be stored locally and just transferred to the phone and presented using basic google API or Apple API. Easiest thing in the world, but no. You have to upload it to Blackview cloud so Blackview can charge for it, whithout adding any benefit what so ever to the customer. When I am connected to the camera, the app falsely claims to not have internet. My iPhone can actually be connected to the cam-wifi locally and use cellular data at the same time. You might want to actually check if the phone can access internet instead of this crap.

Nog wifi connection

After latest update on the iphone i can't connect to wifi on my camera, This is Blackvue DR750LW, after latast update from Blackvue fix for wifi i cant connect to wifi anyway so the fix dosen"t help PLEASE FIX IT . DR750LW

Does not work with iOS 13.1

Makes your dashcam useless and expensive piece of equipment!

What a disappointment!

Now the app forces you to see ads for 15sec everytime you try to watch cloud material. Useless and very irritating, especially when you already have cashed up serious money for your dash cam and it's features. Nobody informed me about this when I bought it. Worked fine without ads last week... Find another dashcam out there! Blackvue wants to extort their loyal customers by forcing them into a paid plan!
