HOW TO CONNECT YOUR INNER BALANCE APP TO THE SENSOR
Inner Balance Bluetooth Sensor:
1. Clip the sensor to your earlobe and press the soft button on the sensor pod to activate a blue flashing light.
2. Open the Inner Balance app and press the “Start” arrow to make the app start scanning for the sensor.
3. Once you see your sensor ID number displayed and verify that it matches the number on the back side of the sensor pod, tap it to accept and wait 15-20 seconds for the device to calibrate and begin the first session.
Inner Balance Lightning Sensor:
1. Clip the sensor to your earlobe and press the soft button on the sensor pod to activate a blue flashing light.
2. Open the Inner Balance app and press the “Start” arrow to make the app start scanning for the sensor.

HeartMath is Transformational
Seriously, try it. I tried lots of different meditations, but nothing stuck. HeartMath’s self-regulation techniques have got me through so many difficult times. Not least appearing on live TV and absolutely killing it! The bluetooth sensor gives me instant feedback on how well I’m doing. It also allows me to learn about myself more deeply - how different states affect my coherence. It’s invaluable. I’ve been HeartMath-ing daily for over 2 years now, I’m hooked :)
Excellent app and device
This is really easy to use and the feedback from the app is helpful. I’ve been using this for a while and very slowly making progress, but it’s not something you can rush.
The essential app
Really useful and essential app - keeps connection with all heartmath coherence building sessions. It is easily personalized with own pics, music breathing patterns and difficulty levels. There are many options for observing your coherence levels or guides to follow when using the IBB - Inner Balance Bluetooth device.
I’ve only just begun…
This is a great way to calm the mind, which in turn calms the body and allows one to connect with their inner self.
I’m looking forward to using this program in conjunction with my Heart Math sensor on a consistent basis and improving my ability to achieve and maintain a coherent state.
Great diagnostic tool and trainer
Very revealing. Untrained we are mostly in much lower coherence than we think. We may think we are in a relaxed state but there is much to learn and exercises to do. Great ally for stress reduction and hence better health.
Great App to calm your system
Love the app and how it calms me everytime I use the app and the benefits continue long after I’ve practiced. Developers can we please have an audio feedback so I can close my eyes if I choose to when using the app?

Great tool to keep yourself in balance
I regularly use this little app to train myself to in balance. I recommend to anybody feeling with stress or anxiety on a daily basis. Using it regularly, you will feel more relaxed and focused on what is important.
