so far i have only been using the free feature of the app but i feel like it's pretty much sufficient for me to go through my daily life. an easy & organized journal that can be updated anywhere & anytime especially during times when there triggers and i need to wind down. :) love the prompts and the free guide provided within the app. keep it up!!
I have been using this app for half a year now and it has been amazing in helping me through my progress and helping me quantify my emotions to reflect on in my actual therapy sessions. It provides lots of insights and helps me recognise my patterns of thoughts, by its categorisation feature when you create an entry. It gives me a sense of autonomy in dealing with hard times and I have learnt ways to manage negative thoughts and emotions, and reflect on gratitude with psychologically certified methods of CBT. This app stands out from other journaling apps in the App Store because of its simplistic way of teaching and incorporating methods of CBT, which has helped me progress. Can’t recommend it enough.
Being someone who has problems verbalising my feelings towards people, I find this app pretty much my safe place. The app also helps the users to identify what kind of emotions they are having, or what kind of cognitive distortion they are going through. The app also helps the users to solve their problems by asking questions on how to solve them and i find this app really helpful. To the developers, Thank you for making this app. You guys don’t know how big the app’s impact towards people’s lives.
