Language difficulties
I use the app in Italy and have selected English for the language. Still all the menus and most of the messages are in Italy and I don’t understand those most of the time. I’d use the app more often in case everything would be in English.

Crashes when trying to sign up and get free delivery
The advertised free delivery... doesn’t actually work, just gets stuck. On iPad.
Paid without never receiving food
I ordered breakfast for the first time ever. Made the order around 6am. Accidentally placed wrong house number on the order, was impossible to change the housenro and customer service wasnt open and app told me to contact during business hours. There is no any info about the company, contact details or no way to contact them. I tried to change the order - at 9.24 (late from the delivery time 9.15) I had a missed call. 4-6min after I called again and finally got them in the phone. Never got the food - company refused to pay my money back and now ai have to spent a lots of energy and money to apply a complaiment since the company wont respond or take any responsibility of the misfunction of this application and ordering. They even refused to delete my card info from theyr system. This company obviously can Do anything and whatever - with no taking any responsibility. They just might steal your money and charge illegally your card. Do not order from this company! They dont make legal business with fair consumer rules.
