Time wasted just to wait for the phone number verification! Guess someone is going hungry today just because of inefficiency of the app

Will be much better if the platform provide more perks like free welcome vouchers complimentary vouchers for first time user like me .

I was ordering different large portions than the restaurant give me small portions…really waste my money

Can’t locate shopping cart. Saved credit card info disappeared when selecting payment method.

Not sure why my first review wasn’t shown on the app so here I’m to review again. Yesterday I made a purchase at 9.33pm for delivery but the food did not arrive until 12am. The worst part of this all is that the customer service couldn’t cancel the order without the approval from the restaurant. Was I supposed to not sleep and just wait for the order ??! All the customer service does was apologising and asked me to wait for the order. Worst delivery app I have ever used.

I am a 1st time user and was given a code to use for discount. But in my ordering journey, i was not able to input the code to benefit from the discount. Disappointed

App features are a waste of time. There’s a a button to update delivery instruction, but if you click in, you can’t update it. And it won’t allow you to cancel the order nor will it allow you to call the rider to update, say, the unit number of your apartment. The rider arrived without calling and indicated the delivery as failed. No call was received, and no record was available to show that the rider has made such delivery. I don’t see why people should use this unless it gives out promo code or offers a less than average delivery fee given the difficulties.

It's my first time to actually leave a review for an app. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP. Very bad customer service, and if you didn't receive your order, they don't care and won't refund you. For more proofs, try search or google up this app, you will see there are actually a lot of people being scammed! If and only if I can leave 0 star for this app...
