We placed an order. It was supposed be delivered at 6:20 but at 7:20 it was clear it wasn’t coming. Other people have had similar issues with orders not being fulfilled. Do not use this service.

They offer a new user a discount so you trust them and you order. After paying they announce the discount is withdrawn because another user allegedly was registered at the address we were staying at! What a scam 🤬 No evidence of another user being at the address given “because of privacy” and who knew air bnb could possibly have had other people staying there before us 🙄 Deleted the App Be warned-scam

Easy to use good offers

Will not accept payment and does not give explanation for correction nor can I talk to a person to adjust it.

BE WARNED My delivery was 2 hours late & when it arrived the drink was spilt everywhere and half empty. I then contact customer service and send pics and had been messaging them as to why it was running so late. Still they couldn’t help me - stole my money. Worst app - use Uber eats or door dash anything but this app

Worst food delivery app I’ve used. Payment unsuccessful is the recent favourite problem even if I approve the payments. Previously I had a lot of trouble with orders getting cancelled after an hour or so of them being accepted.

We were in hotel quarantine and had to get security to meet the driver down the end of the street!! Never again
