2 were delivered successfully
1 was stolen by the driver
I lost 68 pounds
I spend 45 minutes talking to 5 support agents who haven’t even tried to find my order or call the driver to make investigation
They have just said I will not be refunded
And they have no process to escalate cases in order was stolen so customers are not protected against fraud at all
This company doesn’t care about client no matter how much you order, no matter how long you stay with them
This was the last time I used this app
I could have been loyal client ordering almost every day but now I will switch to Uber eats
No support in English
Apple Pay button was disabled, but not clickable. I chose “cache”, but the currier didn’t give me the change saying smth in Italian. I understand he was saying “I don’t have it”. Trying to contact support — they don’t speak English… Super strange for delivery service in Rome, tourist popular place

Order #4756 Deliveroo is the worst food delivery service I’ve ever used. Orders are constantly delayed, missing items, or even canceled with no explanation. Their customer service is practically useless — it’s impossible to reach anyone who can actually resolve an issue, and you’ll spend ages going in circles with unhelpful responses. They don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. JUST EAT and UBER EATS on the other hand, are leagues ahead in both delivery speed and customer support. I never have these issues with them, and they make sure customers are taken care of. Deliveroo could learn a lot from them, but I doubt they will.
First order incorrect, no customer service
I decided to try Deliveroo. My first order was wrong so I submitted a claim. It immediately rejected it and said they will not offer compensation, literally as soon as I submit the claim. There is no review and they do not provide customer support. Stick to one of the established delivery services like Uber Eats.
My experience
It is very accessible for the visually impaired as you can search for items by going to the search box and typing in what you need. I like this app.
First time user denied £10 promo
Disappointing not to be able to receive first time user promo of £10. Terms and conditions are vague, citing unspecified “geographical restrictions”, and then “an error occurred” in processing the discount, quite willing to take my money for my first ever order. Not impressed and won’t use again.
