COMPLAINT TO LIVE CHAT TURNS OUT IT WAS THE DRIVER'S FAULT BUT NO COMPENSATION OR REFUND AT ALL. YOU GUYS SHOULD LEARN FROM GRAB OR GOJEK APPLICATION HOW TO MAKE A GOOD APP WITH GOOD UI/UX. GOJEK OR GRAB CAN CHAT/CALL WITH DRIVER WITHIN THE APP REAL TIME. YOUR APP? TRASH!!!!!! GRAB/GOJEK EVEN HAVE REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL GIVE REFUND JUST FOR WRONG SIMPLE ORDER. AND YOUUU? Apps not supporting
I’m on vacation in italy and want to order food in Deliveroo but all I have is just my country origin number (+62) and the apps wasn’t able to send me the verification code. I have roaming on and etc and usually can texting normally with my abroad friends but why this app not support other number . Now I’m so hungry

The food being delivered are WRONG and the customer service would just tell me it will be refunded, the customer is hungry waiting for the late food and that’s the only they could say?!
Can’t trust this apps
didn’t received my food but the order marked as delivered. Tried to report but the customer service say it was delivered, I will still be billed for the food, and then left the chat room.
