After 11 days I still hadn’t received a refund for the products I tried to order but they didn’t send. Watch out

you can’t browse, it doesn’t show up, weird bug, but 5 star because aj uses this app

Rip off and bad costumer service

This ”refer a friend and you both get 10 euros off on your next 2 orders” is a total lie. Referred 2 friends. Both registered via my link. Non if ua got anything for it. I called costumer service who were completely uninterested in helping. After a while the girl says I’ll send you an email where you can reply with the issue and we’ll get back to you, which i did. It’s day 4 now and they still haven’t responded to my email or solved any issues.

No one uses Deliveroo anymore

Delivery charges are high and the fact they’ve lost more or less half of the restaurants coupled with the fact you can’t even email them let alone call them it’s no wonder

Apple pay doesn't work and the app is full of stupid pop ups. Developers don't seem to know what they are doing. Also PayPal keeps throwing errors and estimates for delivery are not even close to accurate

Very unhappy with Deliveroo, my food that I ordered did not arrive and in their live chat customer service told me that they could not refund me. They said that both the driver and them had contacted me several times trying to deliver my food but no one had contacted me. They also said the food had been placed on my doorstep. I can see my doorstep and no one was there delivering food. It took me 30 min in the live chat discussing the situation and in the end they could see that no one had contacted me. I was then refunded with a voucher to order again. When I try to order again the voucher does not work. Back to the live chat, and I got refunded. Definitely lost my appetite and will never order with them again.

Total disaster

Got my food hour later than the plan , cold!
