Deliveroo: Food & Shopping

My first time using this app in Dubai. No live chat to contact the driver. Ended up with not getting the food and the customer service cannot help (may be not trying to help). No food, zero refund.😔

Allowance voucher doesn’t show for weeks… please fix.. cant apply my vouchers

It's the worst live chat app I've ever encountered. I tried multiple times to get help regarding my order but to no avail.

But the app service fee is expensive.

Bad customer service compare to Uber Eats when you got a wrong or spoiled order.

My friend and I, ordered some food to our school. We have provided with a location and phone number as well as a meeting place right next to the gate. When the time has come to pick up the order, my friend and a teacher went to pick up the food. No one came. We waited outside for a few minutes before sending someone back into the house. There was no phone call, no text and no car or motorcycle. Nada. The app says that the driver is gone. Asked for help in the live chat, they said the driver had called us and waited for 8 minutes. No they didn’t. There was someone by the phone and we were waiting at the drop off place. Nothing came. They say they couldn’t refund the order or redeliver it. The driver claims to have called and waited. No they didn’t. The worst part might be that the blame suddenly lied on us. No refund even though it wasn’t even our fault. The person in the live chat wasn’t particularly helpful either. I heard great reviews about this app but now that this happen… I don’t know what to say. Terrible delivery. 0/10. If I could give it negative stars I would.

No responsible Good bye forever

I have ordered the food from Miami Pizza Beauvais in France on 14Feb!! but I did not get my food!!! I have called to the restaurant so many times but there was no answer!!!! and I did not get refund!!!!

I’ve order food from one restaurant and it stated that “order delivered” but I didn’t receive anything. I contact live chat to let them solve the problem. First person in the live chat say I have to wait 24-72hrs for the refund. one day pass nothing happen I ask them again they say they can’t contact restaurant due to the timing that I chat with them is too late. So what they doing the whole day while the restaurant is open? No one follow up your case if you want you money back you have to flight for it. Day 3 I chat to them day time and they say they cant contact restaurant and give me the restaurant number. I called and the restaurant pick up in 3 seconds!!!!! So I chat back and ask why they accept my call another girl just came to the livechat as the connection was disconnected and she still say the restaurant is close.! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL not recommend at all!
