Deliveroo: Food & Shopping

La Margherita aveva la salsa acida, cottura pessima e insipida. La würstel e patatine era insipida l’unica cosa che si salvava erano appunto i würstel.🫶🏼

Order a delivery and the driver hung up on me 4 times! He never delivered and was never on the street of my place, they eneded up saying he left my order in front of the door, which wasn’t true because I had cameras and even though I showed them they never refunded me nor find a solution! I ended up being stolen 30€ Never again I will use this app

So, I only used it once. Ordered sushi, the deliveroo guy texted me but never rang the door or called. The food was never there. The support lady said that because the deliveroo guy never called me, they would mail me in 48 hrs. They never did. So I got no refound and 2 deliveroo collaborators gave zero fks about my order or my money.

I like this app because always has discounts and the delivery is very fast than notified

They don’t count with a direct number or Live chat to Inquire in Kuwait, it’s very annoying have to compose a email and wait hours for and answer I rather change platforms instead of keep using this app just because the long time it takes for customer service to respond and resolve the issue on hand.

I like the app because it is very easy to order, pay and keep track of the delivery, but it doesn’t have an option to add notes or comments for your order in certain restaurants, which makes it tricky because you have to phone them after placing your order. I’ve had to use a different app a couple of times because that is not very convenient...
