I get a push notification for every stupid deal that is offered, 17 notifications of every step the driver takes with the food, but if my order was canceled by the restaurant I do not get a push notification? Really? This is the single most important notification for this evening and it should not be possible to be suppressed till it is confirmed in the app itself.
Habt ihr mal versucht die Karte zu nutzen? Oder Restaurants mit Angeboten zu finden? Ziemlich schwierig

I paid for items but they never arrived and Deliveroo only responds with copy paste answers. That's just fraud I think? I would not order from here again.

App könnte ein paar Feinschliffe vertragen. So wird etwa in den ersten 10 Tagen gratis Lieferung angeboten. Sobald man jedoch die Bezahlmethode ändert, ist dieser Vorteil verschwunden.

i‘ve ordered many times thru this App and the Food Came Cold EVERYTIME. Even in different restaurants.
