Really really good!
I wanted to order since i usually never do and I didn’t have any apps for it and then delivero came up to my head and I ordered! It was a papa johns pizza,drinks,chips and 4 cookies for 29€! It took a little long but TOTALLY worth the wait

Stole our Meal
We have ordered a dinner in €56 and we haven’t received it, when we call the driver with this number 337554469 he picks up and after we ask him about the order and give him order number he hang up the call! Twice then he stopped answering. Stole our money. Order number #2428.
Annoying

Very unsatisfied
Today I joined Deliveroo for the first time and seen that I received €12 off of my first order. I was delighted. I entered in my voucher code and it took 12 euro off my order. I used my boyfriends card and automatically they added back on the 12 euro and it would not let me redeem my voucher again due to his card being connected to his old Deliveroo account. I think it is appalling that you cannot use whatever card you want. There is always a catch.
Getting so expensive!
Deliveroo is getting too expensive now. The restaurant prices are already uplifted on the app versus if you order directly or eat in. I order often enough to save with the Plus account, but now they are copying Uber eats with the ‘priority delivery’ charge?! Surely it’s not too much to hope for hot food without having to pay a premium now for that. The app is good to be fair, no issues with it. The service is hit & miss, mostly good - but with these stupid extra charges on an already expensive service I will for sure be cancelling my Plus account

Missing itens
My order come missing itens and I text costumer service for hours and they didn’t help just waste my time and my appetite NEVER AGAIN it to much trouble And the costumer service is a so no helpful .....
