Worst airline app
BA app is so bad I avoid taking BA flights so I don’t have to use it. Pls change it or fire the people who take care of it

Absolute garbage app
Cannot book, search, pay, or update flights using the app. Absolutely useless.
Terrible app
Terrible app. No way to selects seats. Really frustrating!!!!!
