Works ok on the phone.. freezes every time on the ipad.. Also impossible to get any proper support from the bank. Had the ban for two week.. will now move to another.
I have entered my new address like 15 times and then tried one thing a time and save , nothing works. Are you serious??!!!!!!!!!!!
The finger print reader never works so don't bother setting it up its just gonna make the app slower. The app loads slower than a North Korean website. The UX is totally illogical and makes a maze look like a straight line. The 2 step authentication uses sms instead of a proper app that isn't subject to man in the middle attacks (they are not secure). And finally the interface looks like something a 5 year old drew as a present to a bank they didn't like. All in all a useless app that just takes up space on your phone.
ابشع شي شي انو تحاول تكون عميل لبنك وهالبنك يطلع روحك لتفتح حساب. من افشل التجارب مع خدمة العملاء. لو في تقيم اقل كنت ما قصرت فيكم يا ريت لو تهتمو بتوظيف العرب. اكثر اذا كنتو مهتمين بعملاء اكثر اكانت تجربة اكثر من سيئة
Worst call centre ever
A friend of mine got defrauded of all his money AND of the full balance of his credit card (i.e. money he didn’t own) through a “cash on card” transaction. All that through what seemed to be a genuine phone call from an Emirates NBD employee (claiming to call for a KYC update). The old version of the app wasn’t safe (in fact it was then upgraded with different warnings showing up when you try to transfer money). More worrying was ENBD’ s position that the full responsibility of the loss be born by my friend whereas ENBD should have a duty to protect its customers especially after a string of similar cases…. Very disappointing and worrying…
I experienced a fraudulent activity due to compromised security, ENBD’s bank sms channel sent out a link and OTP’s that were the same, thrice at that, and after a couple of days someone used my card somewhere. They want me to pay the 8k+ amount that was charged to my card from China and Kenya few mins after the other. How is this fair? Worst bank security ever!

I had a fraudulent transaction and they just block my account and there is no way to unblock. Design and user experience like form 90’s. The support answers 1 time per month. Which is ridiculous. Never use this bank again
