Emirates NBD

Before the latest version I could transfer AED to my account in UK, but now the option to transfer AED have disappeared and only can transfer other currencies but the bank has the most expensive exchange rate in the market. Don’t use Emirates NBD if you are used to make foreign transfers. Other banks are much more competitive in exchange rate. Also they are not able to explain why the AED transfer option has disappeared from the app when I don’t want to exchange to other currency as I have my AED account in the UK.

They are definetely good at something; making sure they provide the slowest and worst experience ever.

They always force you to update the app even if you don't want to do it at that time

I use a lot different banking apps , bit i think NBD made a very good job and i feel very secure . Thanks

It’s ot posible yo use the App without having to pass several pop off Windows like configure smart pass, etc.

The App is mixing Arabic and English.

The app keep logging me out everytime I try to add a new beneficiary to make a transfer via western union. I have this issue since couple of weeks ago, I updated the IOs but still the same...

I'm very happy with the App so far, but with the new version I have no longer the Touch Id option available, so I can't login with my fingerprint anymore

Every single update is full of bugs. Sometimes it doesn't recognize your answers for your secret questions, blocking your account. Sometimes it doesn't recognize your credit cards, etc, etc. USE THE WEB BROWSER.

ابشع شي شي انو تحاول تكون عميل لبنك وهالبنك يطلع روحك لتفتح حساب. من افشل التجارب مع خدمة العملاء. لو في تقيم اقل كنت ما قصرت فيكم يا ريت لو تهتمو بتوظيف العرب. اكثر اذا كنتو مهتمين بعملاء اكثر اكانت تجربة اكثر من سيئة
