I had given up all hope with Emirates NBD until I went into the Business Bay Branch and got real actual customer service and proper help from the Branch Manager Maryam Pagsuyoin (God bless her for all her help). Once she had helped, then getting an ATM Card and using the Emirates NBD Online App was easy and straightforward - but before her help, it was a nightmare. Shows you - you still need old fashioned excellent staff and excellent customer service, maybe even more so in our highly digitized world. Thanks Maryam you are and were a life saver. Poor customer service. My first bank in the UAE, I should have not chose this one.
I’ve dealt with several banks in 6 countries and I’ve never seen bad service like this bank. The make any process complicated as much as they can, they are very slow to solve any problem, they are very slow to reply any request, their website has many problems comparing to other banks. They are good only in one thing.. advertising emails! They will annoy you every day by sending spam emails but you will wait days or weeks to get a replay for your request. In 2020, in the boom of online services in all business in the world, and with COVID-19 pandemic they don’t accept some normal proses to be done by App or by phone or email, you have to do it by your self in the branch even if you are out of the country!! just now they deducted from me one payment 2 times. I understand this mistake could happen anywhere in the world but I know with NBD it will take several complaints and several phone calls and several follow ups to settle it. This bank is a nightmare!
من اسبوعين وانا اكرر محاولة تحويل نقود ولم استطيع وتظهر لي رساله الرجاء مراجعة البنك او الاتصال وقمت بالاتصال بكم اكثر من مره ولم اجد اي تجاوب منكم لحل هاذه المشكله علماً انني اتصل من خارج الدولة ومبلغ المكالمة باهض
