Your customer service is horrible
Great start Emirates NBD, the app can’t scan the new emirates ID
App freezes after each transaction and needs to be relaunched. Very annoying

It takes ages to make a local transfer with all the requested information. Furthermore there’s no option to edit or even find your list of beneficiaries. Layout keeps changing.
