This stupidest app first needed my password to allow me to use the new version of ENBD app, then refused my correct password several times, reset my password for me not even warning that these attempts would lead to such issues. Tried resetting - something didn’t work several times and now I have to physically go to the branch to unlock banking. The most idiotic banking experience I’ve ever had
Asks swift code for uae local banks for beneficiary addition, which is very difficult to find from search option, it must be made easy with IBAN only.
Smartpass activation shown that activation email was sent but I didn’t receive(I checked all folders and tried many times)

I am quite satisfied with the security measures taken by my house bank (Emirates NBD) that includes various layers of verifications.
Worst banking application I’ve ever seen. Not fast at all, transactions take ages to be finished, it should be completed withinh seconds instead. When you try to add beneficiary, you have to wait 24hours to transfer money, what’s the point on that? We’re living in the digital era, and I’d like to finish any transaction I want within seconds.
