Scam Rental
I would highly recommend everyone to avoid downloading this app and using Ace Rentals. They have very unclear instructions and their customer service blatantly distorts the facts. If I could give less than 1 stars, I would.
Read your terms and condition carefully
Really no point booking through a third party app like this. They are out to con you. Rentalcars.con When you reach airport, just book over the counter will be a better choice. I will never book through a third party platform again. RENTALCARS.CON TOOK MY RENTAL AS PENALTY FOR CANCELLATION WHEN THE SUPPLIER DIDNT EVEN PENALISED ME!!! Beware!!!!!!

Easy to use app
Beware of this app its a cheater
Please do not use this app to rent car, previously i was using this app to for rent a car, before booking there is no indicate deposit only accept by credit card and cant accept cash or debit. When i arrived the location, i unable to get the car as they not accept cash n debit card.! I requested to cancel trying to contact the customer service which is always unable to call through, the only thing is using live chat to chat with a agent. For cancellation they will extra charge more than the cost you rent. Which is i feel is so terrible, more like a scam ! Ended up i lost my money and didnt manage to get the car. Pay for nothing !!!
Bad experience
It’s a great app if you’re able to rent the car without much hassle such as credit card payment and proper documents for the rental else it’s an absolute horrendous experience as rental car company didn’t accept my credit card and refuse to assist and informing the next cause of action. The assistance on the app is equivalent to none as the international call hotline took forever to reach them. Credit card payment went through with you not even driving the car! Worst experience ever.
