Tengo una minusvalía ocular que no me permite usar la B.P. de Iberia, sino solo con una lupa inmensa. La letra es pequeñísima. Los colores grises nunca son de números y letras prácticamente invisibles para mí. Aunque el diseño es muy bonito la utilidad es mínima para personas que no ven biendeberían corregirla usar negrita tener caracteres más grandes pues la pantalla no permite ampliar. Muchas gracias
Gepäckverlust / Kein Service
Auf dem Hinflug wurde das Gepäck verloren. Keinerlei aktive Information durch Iberia, kein Untertstützung bis zum Rückflug 5 Tage später. Koffer ist nicht mehr aufgetaucht.
Best airline
They are simply the best. They allow you to bring a carry on, and they have allowed me to bring guitars and instruments on board for free if they had free seats. Best costumer care. The app works fine

Siempre hay errores al hacer Check-in
La aplicación tarda mucho y es la segunda vez q no puedo conseguir mis tarjetas de embarque online porque ocurre de la nada un error cuando clico para hacer el check-in. He llamado varias veces y me han dicho que el check-in ya estaba hecho siendo que yo no lo hice y luego tengo q ir al mostrador de Iberia en el aeropuerto para conseguir las tarjetas de embarques.
Abzocke und andauernd Errors
Ich weiß nicht ob ich jemals unzufriedener war. Nichts funktioniert und nichts wird erklärt. Musste nun zusätzlich für Sitzplätze zahlen, die ich nicht wollte. Nie wieder. Von Usability hat hier noch nie jemand was gehört.
Nichts geht
Egal ob auf der Webseite oder auf der App, nichts funktioniert. Habe mich auf der Webseite angemeldet und weine meine Flugsitze reservieren, doch ständig kommt eine Fehlermeldung das etwas schief gelaufen wäre, man möge es doch später noch einmal probieren. Jetzt habe ich die App nutzen wollen und auch da geht noch weniger. Ich kann mich nämlich noch nicht einmal einloggen. Dann sollen sie sich den Webkram und die Apps schenken. Eigentlich gibt es so etwas um Abläufe zu erleichtern , stattdessen wird alles nur komplizierter.
Die wahrscheinlich schlechteste UX aller Zeiten
Man kann keinen Account erstellen, alles buggt, alles dauert 10 Sekunden pro Aktion… grausam!
Terrible application
The application kept cracking down and it took me more than 12 hours to be able to get my boarding pass
