I absolutely love this app. Easy to use. I love the water reminders and also setting the timer for fasting window is easy. For those just starting you can customize the fasting window to work yourself up to the levels recommended.

I downloaded this app a couple of weeks ago, having been curious about IF. So far it’s been great! It gives me reminders to drink water (which is incredibly helpful because I’m very forgetful.) Not only that, but I love the challenges that are involved. They really help me stay motivated and push me towards my goal weight. It may sound crazy but I’m already starting to see results: my clothes are starting to fit a lot better, not only that but my mood has definitely improved.

I love how easy this app makes it for me to record what i eat,hours i fast(and the fact that i can edit if i forget).Like the drink water reminder too.I think i can manage fasting with the help of this app i also have the basic version.(free).

I really like this app because it gives tips and tricks to maximize the effectiveness of intermittent fasting (IF). It’s really easy to use when going in and out of eating intervals. I like how it helps me track my water, too, because IF requires a lot of water consumption. I thought I was drinking a lot before, but I wasn’t even close to what the app recommended. Now I can be much more accurate with how much water I consume in a day. I’ve lost significant weight and I feel great. Fantastic app that helps support my large reduction in insulin hits as a type-2 diabetic.

The app is really gpod to keep track of fasting reminders of eating or drinking water also if you pay a little bit you can unlock so much stuff to staying healthy and fit personally ive lost 20 kg with this app in 3 months

I used this last summer and it was great. I had a baby and reloaded to start fasting again and This time I have to watch a almost min long add just to even open it. Talk about ad overkill to get you to purchase this. Then once I'm finally in I go to input my weight and I have to watch another ad! I'm deleting and getting something else.

I do like the features of the app (I have the free version) and it helps me stay on track. BUT there are SO many ads. Every time I open the app or click something, I get a 40-60 second ad before I can do anything. Very irritating. Might explore other apps with less interruptions.

It is so good for losing weight actually

It made me lose 2 kg in just 2 days and actually when I break my fast I eat whatever I want and it made me lose 2kg in just 2 days it is so good i fast 18 hours in a day and thank you for reading this if you want to lose weight just download this app🤍
