Best free fasting app
You can choose from different plans (all without having to pay for premium) and the app explains what your body is doing at which hour and encourages you to carry on. The overall layout is simple and easy to use. Content is already very sufficient without premium.
Clear and simple!
It’s been a good experience using Fasting Tracker. It’s got a simple design and very useful and not too complicated which some apps tends to be. I love the custom fasting plan where I can choose my own time. I also like the fact that they take into account different weekend meal and sleep times and adjust to that in creating the plans. I am also able to toggle and change fasting times on plans in a calendar view. It is truly custom to your schedule of week. It would be perfect if the app can factor your steps and adjust the time in each stages of fasting accordingly. Keep up the good work!👍🏻
