My account just disappeared
Today I logged in to my account, after 30 seconds of scrolling, the application unlogged me and I can't log in again, despite the fact that I enter the correct creds. It writes me, that i log in with incorrect email

I have paid for premium a week ago but it is still a free user! I can’t even login to connect with support!
SUPPORT CASE
Sorry for my poor English im from Ukraine. I've been a premium user for more than 10 years. I'm very angry with your stupid billing system. Every time I try to purchase an annual subscription, I get an error "We're unable to process... bla bla bla...". I don't receive any transaction attempts in the bank's application. Even after updating my payment data to another bank, I get the same error again and again!!! It's very annoying, take my word for it!! Hundreds of purchases on all sorts of sites and no problems!! Finally take my money and resume my premium subscription NOW!!!

Більше 5 років користувався даним менеджером паролів, без нарікань, все на рівні та дуже зручно. Але останнім часом був приголомшений новинами про витік інформації з баз даних через хакерські атаки. Я користувався преміум версією, в якості мінімальної компенсації хочу повернути кошти за останню оплату по преміум підписці. Прошу адміністрацію LastPass звязатися зі мною. Дякую!
