Saves passwords ok and generates unbreakable new ones, but admin is unnecessarily longwinded
Many times when I go to retrieve password or forms LastPass does not recognise it - happens on PC but worst of all on iPad - as there is no plug in for Safari on iPad it does not work many times and I have to keep gook g back into the app to retrieve my password. Could be much better experience overall
Randomly locked-out. Support more interested in closing the ticket than helping me recover my access. Very unhappy with this app.
Been using LP (free version) for the past 2 to 3 years on both my iPhone and iPad and find it really good.
The app simply doesn't work. Cannot log in, despite the CORRECT master password. Says check email and NO email (and YES, of course I have checked spam folder). Login via Safari works, but not on the app. No support available -- have to log in first! Pushes me to the paid version,m the free version looks to be totally locked up and simply not working anymore. Used to be good, now unworkable.,
When I register with any app or website, LastPass does not save the password. The Authenticator just does not work. Now I can’t log in from my laptop or iPad. I set up multi factor authentication that will not let me log in. I phoned and got a call back. I followed his instructions and answered his email. He said he would remove the multifactor authentication but it is still the same. I installed the LastPass Authenticator and I can’t log into that either. I can get a SMS code but that doesn’t work either. This is too complicated for most people.
Nightmare to use.
I’ve used this app for years and it certainly does what it says on the tin. Except for when it refuses to accept the master password for no reason at all. There’s been many an occasion where I’ve put in my password and it tells me it’s wrong over and over again eventually locking me out. Then I have to wait it out, try again, get locked out again, yada yada until it finally accepts that yes, that’s my password. I don’t know why it does it, but it’s incredibly annoying.
I’ve had Lastpass for several years and it’s been reasonably good. However, a few weeks ago, on my Mac, I was told I needed to update to a new app (or version of the app) or it would stop working properly. Big mistake. Nothing autofills. It won’t recognise that I’m a premium subscriber. The search function doesn’t work. Now if I want to fill a password I have to scroll down until I find it (because search doesn’t work) and then copy the password. I keep having to log in (which doesn’t really solve any problems). It’s so bad that I’m feeling very grateful that my annual subscription is due to end in a few days and I’ll be shifting to one of the competitors. Poor showing, LastPass. You should never release an app with so many bugs. I’d be very surprised if I was the only customer to leave and, judging by other recent reviews, you’ll have a lot of pi**ed off customers doing the same.
