Ambiguous characters
How is it we are in 2024 and LastPass still has ambiguous characters, eg a capital o looks like a 0? This is madness. So easy to fix.

App update caused biometric log in to fail Email recovery not sending although set up Text recovery seems not to be available either although set up To log a call you may as well provide your inside leg measurement for the hoops you have to jump through not to mention the support pages don’t render on chrome, opera or ie (and my ios is up to date as are all the apps before I get that as an excuse) When you do finally get as response it isn’t really a response at all, just try what I already advised I tried, even though the update is what broke the app in the first place. Disgraceful for a paid subscription; have asked for support escalation but no one has bothered even to respond - again.
What a con!
I've had Lastpass on my laptop now for about 2 years. No problems. Now I can't even get into the iPad app. It throws out my password and tells me my trial is over and I must go premium. No problem, I'll change apps!
Can’t reach support
My issue is not reflected in the way to contact support. I need someone to help with account access.

Impossible to add passwords from safari
Very disappointing experience. The safari extension will fill existing passwords, but when attempting to add a new account you sign up for it responds with an error that it is unable to add the password. This seems to be an iPhone only issue and experienced by all users. Example: I just signed up for an account on a site in safari, had LastPass generate a secure password, clicked to save the password when prompted and it wasn’t able to do. This password is now lost and I have an account with a password that I do not know.
Iteration process is annoying
The iteration process never succeeded but it pop up every time which is waste of my time.
Life saver in the digital hellscape
Great app to manage passwords and payment details securely!
Ease of use
Could do better. Like accept a correct master password even when it hasn’t been used for a month +. It says the password is not correct when it is. You’re sent round in circles & it is annoying! Like to see a simple “it was me / it was not me” option on verification emails. Again left in limbo with nowhere to go.
