Great app in general
The app is very usefull in general. I am also paying subscription for it. The only minus is that the passwords are not displayed by folders on the ipad or iphone. I have tens of passwords and it very difficult to find something. I would appreciate if you implement them like the web version.
Broken on iPadOS
Paying member here. As of August 2023 the app stopped working on the latest iPadOS. I’ve tried many times deleting and installing the app again but it just doesn’t work any more. After logging in the app just freezes and I can’t do anything with it and now I can’t access my passwords on the iPad. Great… thanks for nothing, LastPass!
Worst company ever - stop using it immediately
Disclosing the security incident 6 month after it happens and knowing about, cannot be forgiven. I will not use this one although I had my premium subscription active until April 2024. I wasted my time and my money on them. Run far away from them….
Unannounced increase in price (update 2023)
I was unpleasantly surprised that the price went up without any notice Time to go open source The last subscription for me !!!!!! (Update) As it turns out security was not a concern for GoTo, but instead “profit all the way”. The current security breaches are a statement to this. Classic case of money before anything with these corporations and my gut feeling told me before this mess to leave and boy am I glad I did just that. From my point of view you deserve 100% of what happened and maybe someone with a lot more power felt the same. RIP
Bad app…..DO NOT INSTALL!
Bad software. It tells me that the master password is not correct, although it is the correct one, and when I want to recover the password, it gives me the faceID option and tells me to wait because it is being recovered... not to close the application...... ..I wait 10 minutes in front of a rotating red circle on the screen.......absolutely nothing happens......I lost a lot of passwords with a bad application....I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Nightmare
If you forget the last pass password, it is a nighmare to reset it.
