I use the for the last 5 years i guess and i loved it. I recommend it to my friends and decided that LastPass will be my main app to secure all my informations: passwords, notes, banks accounts, credit cards and more. I don’t know what has chanced in the security but I can’t sign in, cant recover my password and everything I’ve tried has failed. Whats the point to use an app for 5 years and then i lost everything. The last solution is to delete the account and start from the beginning. Seriously ???

Horrible security, you got one job to secure our private data and you failed big time. Breaches every once in a while, exposed sensitive data like urls, unresponsive customer support. The app itself is very user friendly, but it worth nothing if you got lack of security and customer support for an app that suppose to save our most sensitive data away from prying eyes.
Too many malfunctions
And lacks the ability of intuitive inputs and copy paste both for web and mobile They need to start improving

I’ve used Keychain for the past 10 years, never used other apps and was recommended to use Lastpass for sharing psswords with other people.
