It is scam!
Easy use product
Great app to loose some weight or keep you on track

Don’t trust the amount given in the first place, it’s not even close what they will charge 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Also the ”customer service” is not helping at all, copying the first message they sent even if I have different questions. And when they reply it’s different answers all the time. Glad I have a friend with 2.3 million followers that have agreed to post everything I have received from these scammers in 3 days if it’s not solved. So hopefully that will help some people not to sign up and also how they treat me and others. Update: took my bank less than 1 days to confirm this is wrong. So don’t sign up!!! Edit: Was informed to contact the company here in an answer. Got a robot replying so obviously they don’t care!!

I started to use this app recently and I found it complete, with very good coaches and content
Fraud
Very unhappy user. Very expensive for home training 150€ months and mo money back.
Be careful with money.
Ad was great, but app itself isn’t. Be careful with subscription. They may lost your cancellation and send send some months later multiple times higher bill.
Scam
Careful! You see 15.99€ but defaultly they take 80€ and that monthly. Only block debitcard is solution.
Fraud!
Dont fall for it. They renew the plan with 3x price if you forget to cancel it. Cancelling is made hard so you dont get to do it. They hold you with both hands and offer you discount BUT they play time with you. I sent an email in english and they respond to me in italian. To get refund is impossible. Their needs have to be met, which means you have to send them pictures of yourself, after 14 days of sticking to their plan, which is going to be reviewed by themselves and if they "see your body changed" ( which is not going to be ) they will not refund you anything. Fraudulent app, flag it. Ive sent the info to the app store.
