They do not ensure the quality and they take money arbitrarily
11 Eur monthly subscribtion fee atracted attention. And got simple excercise set 3 timee per week. Then at the end of first month 46 Eur were written down from my account. Meal plan is separate deal and is not included. It took a lot of efforts to find how I can undubscribe from service, when I thought that I made it then again 46 Eur were taken from my account. Communication with support team gave zero results. Totally disapointed. Nothing related with weight loss. Do not get fooled.
Wanted to try the app bought with Apple ID to try it out. Offered a coach for extra but there were no confirmation for apple ID. But they still managed to charge me.
They have even been charging money from my account without me clicking on any subscription. Do not buy from them.
Paid 4 euros for the plan but they took 50
I concur with those who say this is a scam. First, you purchase additional diet plans almost without noticing. I wrote immediately to them that I did not want it - no one replied. The the monthly trial 'automatically' converts to additional three months (80 eur plus). They claim all the info is on the website. It's not. Their client service woke up now, but only to say that it's all my own fault. My advice: Avoid and don't buy.
I bought a subscription for 18 euros. Then a pop up came saying if i want a diet plan, it charged me extra 25 euros without even noting it. I chose i want to workout at gym even though all of the workouts are at home. Definitely not worth your money
I purchaced 4 week workout plan with a discount and was charged three times like others. I’m filling report to EU buyer protection institution as well calling my bank to report scam and block payment.
So, I choose the plan for the 21 euros. After few minutes I was charged for 31 euros, and I was okey ,probably some mistake. The biggest problem came after. I was so confused when I saw from my bank notifications for charging 2 times per 1 minute 36 euros. Totally minus 100 euros for program, and I still don’t know if they will charge additionally. To sum up they have 24 hours to return those ~70 euros. If they don’t ,then it will be a big problem. So here some general rules. P.S. My biggest recommendation for madmuscles to read. Consumer Protection Law: The website is obligated to provide accurate pricing information and not engage in deceptive practices. Taking more money than advertised for a program could violate consumer protection laws. Fraud Laws: If the website intentionally misrepresented the pricing or continued to charge the card without authorization, it could be considered fraud. If the law is not followed, the consequences could include: Legal Action: The affected consumers could pursue legal action against the website for restitution of the overcharged amount and potentially damages. Penalties: The website may face fines or penalties imposed by regulatory authorities for violating consumer protection or fraud laws. Loss of Reputation: The website's reputation could be severely damaged, leading to loss of trust among consumers and possibly loss of business. Cease and Desist Orders: Regulatory authorities may issue orders requiring the website to stop the deceptive practices and comply with the law.
