The additional meal plan is immensely difficult to use unless you have hours of time each day for shopping and prepping the food. Food preferences cannot be changed in the app. You must contact “support” to make any sort of of modification after initial sign up. The swap feature is not helpful when trying to shop and prep a coherent meal plan for the week. The additional content they encouraged in the sign up buy flow amounts to a collection of very generalized PDF files with summary information and is not worth the cost. This app is and the support team is definitely not worth the trouble. Lastly, this is an automatic recurring subscription service!! Be warned!!!

The app itself is fine, decent content, nothing to write home about. The customer service on the other hand is awful/possibly a scam. I have reached out to them 4 times now to cancel my account and have had zero response and not able to cancel the account. This is a money pit and they hold on to your account for as long as possible. I have reported them to my bank so the payments don’t go through but that is crazy I had to take those steps to simply get out of paying for an app I don’t use. STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS.

I chose Amber as a coach because she had all four elements of my needs in her profile, motivation, weight loss, nutrition, and building muscle. As a retired paratrooper, I have beat my body well beyond its years, but I also know that I need to get into shape to stave off the coming pains of old age. Amber immediately responded to my conversations and provided a workout based on those chats. Cognizant of old injuries and current goals, She even went back and amended workouts based on what equipment I did or didn’t have available. I know this journey is just starting, but if it is all like this, it is going to be a great and productive ride !

This is a scam if you have health issues. Fake apologies all around (it’s their policy) because they don’t really care that if their app doesn’t have something for your health type, or if it directly violates your doctor’s orders, they still expect you to use the app for 14 days and prove why it didn’t work to get money back (that’s assuming they will even hold true to giving it back, since I physically can’t do it). It’s a big scam and they don’t care about anything but taking your money!

Extremely over priced app. You get basic workouts a 4th grader draws up for you and the customer service is sub par. Won’t refund the crazy 69.99$. Wish I never stumbled onto this app. They respond with generic email to contact them and then they ghost you.

I’ve canceled months ago and they are still taking money

Beware this company. Bought this and immediately cancelled. After filling out their profile (data collection) I got my ‘personalized’ workout which was jumping rope, push-ups, pull-ups. I was expecting a weight training regimen. There are a lot of in-app purchase options if you want to get a meal plan for an extra fee. I’m sure it says something to the effect of ‘eat some salad’. I couldn’t be more disappointed. Don’t get duped, everything they provide is on the internet for free. This thing is a money grab

Don’t even waste your time, I canceled the subscription 4 months prior and just randomly get charged 60 dollars 4 months later. I have deleted and forgot about the app, so why did it charge me
