Amazing
I haven’t started the training plan yet, but I really appreciate the clear information and support Jason D has provided so far. The schedule looks very well structured and tailored to my needs, and I’m confident it will be a great start to my fitness journey.
As soon as you subscribe they start withdrawing money without notifying you!
They just took my money without confirming anything. I put in card details to buy a meal plan and than charged me an extra 30eur for some ai coach
I’ve given a one star as that is the lowest you can go, however if I could I would have left 0 stars. Beware of the small print, they will put you on an automatic renewal with you being unaware. Forget the refund, they will send you multiple emails asking for irrelevant information.
And challenges really help to keep you engaged daily
I should have done more research before getting into this app. I bought into the promotional $15.19 (PayPal) 4-week exercise plan just yesterday. Turns out this is a monthly subscription that is automatically set up thru PayPal to do automatic monthly payments. During set up of your account, it directs you toward getting a personal trainer. The app doesn’t inform that this is an additional upcharge. I didn’t want the personal trainer and tried to bypass the personal trainer options. I was immediately charged via PayPal automatically, an additional $49.95. I contacted Mad Muscles and a quick reply from Stella showed a link on how to cancel the recurring monthly PayPal payments (which is difficult by the way). But now trying to get the $49.95 returned, I’ve been ignored. I deleted my account on the app and don’t trust using it as I’m sure there are other hidden upcharges that you don’t know about until after it is already paid via PayPal. I cannot speak to the value of the app content as I won’t use it now. Of course PayPal is no help, almost criminal in facilitating this type of scam. Mad Muscles is based in Cypress (not in the USA) so good luck with getting a refund. So as of right now, a day after getting this app, I am saying it’s a scam. I will update this review if I do in fact receive a refund.
Presented one price pointed but charged another. Cancellation process is difficult to process and navigate. (App says to cancel via app subscription, but you actually have to go to their website to cancel)
Tough to do especially when I thought I was signing up for the chair exercises.
