Я использую это приложение уже который год. Сегодня захожу в свои аккаунты, а там фотографии и видео все стерлись. Как это понимать? Прошу сделайте что-нибудь. Там очень много важных фотографий хранилось. Что теперь делать?

This app running on ios 16 very bad, unstable uploading and downloading, freeze every time during view any photo and other. Very bad

Every time i stop paying they delete my photos,and tell me that I deleted all my photos🤦🏻♀️Such a ridicilous situation.You should restore my photos.As an answer your company says that it is time consuming,I am sorry but it is your fault not mine!

How can I return my photos?
Hello, I became a member of the Mega program and uploaded all my photos to the program. However, after changing my phone, I downloaded the program again and wrote the e-mail address and password, but the program shows the file empty. All my photos have been deleted. How can I return my photos?
