i love this app bcs it doesn’t compress the file but sometimes it took so long to load into the app. it frustrating sometimes when you need to use it asap

i’ve been trying to log in, i can’t. i’ve been trying to sign up, also unavailable. it keeps kicking me out whenever i try to log in OR sign up. Not just that, i’ve tried to do so many stuffs like saving and downloading files, photos and videos but NONE of them works. please fix this issue asap.

Just realised I received a txt on someone who hacked my account to access my device through Mega. Would like to know how do I solve this. Sorry that I had to rate this in one star so this can be seen. I only download file and use this app when I need the files so its quite fine for me.
