Unable to create an account
I recently downloaded this app again and I’ve been trying to create an account, but after I have typed my email, I don’t see any new mail in my inbox.
Background Downloads
If you could please add background downloads support,it would be perfect. Having to just stand in front of the phone for something to be downloaded and keeping the screen on,is inconvenient, specially for large files. Thanks in advance.
Do something about it
The upload for some reason is very slow even with a very good internet speed, many bugs like some videos doesn’t play and when I am trying to upload some photos the app is like crashing and closing automatically and some gifs causing the app to crash and close too.
After 3-4 seconds app freeze
Phone: IPhone 14 Pro Hi after 3-4 second the app just freeze for the first second work correctly.
Bug. If not using Wi-Fi transfers struck at 100%
Huge bug , frustrating to wait minutes stuck in 100% for a pic of 100kb .
Worst app ever
Worst app ever is so annoying and it takes AGES to upload a video especially a 10 mins or more video and a lot of times it goes until 98% and then it starts all over again even though i have 20gb+ space left and im working with that app and it ruins my job i cant do this anymore
Unacceptable
I wish there was “zero star” option.I am locked out of my account due to this totally unnecessary, complicated system of password recovery!No other app requires a recovery key,I was totally unaware of it when I created my account in 2017.After a long session,I uninstalled and then installed again the app. Although I did it again in the past, now, without changing anything, the password is considered invalid, although I believe it is the right one.No email reset, no option for proving the ownership and the activity of the account, no nothing! Additionally, every email address given by the company to contact is a ghost, emails can never be sent.I demand a solution instantly so I can access my own account and get my own data.

Fix it please!
Im an editor and i need scenes to download to make my edits, though everytime since yesterday aftrenoon im unable to download anything it says “ something went wrong” i have a good internet connection, i redownloaded the app and i currently have 100 gb left to use so its not any “problem” that my device has please fix it.
