After the last update folders show as empty on the app, even though the number of items inside is correct.

it’s a great app but i don’t understand why it tells me i have no storage when i do have 20 GBs from the free form and storage left in my iphone, fix this problem please

I heared nice things about the app until I installed it and I personally find it very weak. Simple reason: CRUSH every damn time. Only succeeded to download a 400 MB file of some many big videos. indeed, they are 4K videos, but I trust my equipment. Tried on every piece of device with an internet bandwith of 450MB/s, I left hundreds of gigabites of space open for some 50GB to download from it and had NO succes in any. 99% unsuccesfull. I will detail below: > Macbook Pro2015 (16Gb RAM) - desktop website mode: failed to download, failed to play in the site (opens but freezes badly every 1-2 seconds) - App mode: failed to download, failed to play (freezes every 1-2 sec) > Iphone 11 mobile phone - website - failed to play (it freezes after few seconds of play), Any download crushed. 200 MB or 15 GB same crush - App - Failed to play (freezes as before), failed to download Windows 7 Laptop 4GB RAM - website: There is NO PLAY MODE. cannot play inside the site. Succeeded Downloading small videos only. Second of all I find it not worth it, especially that I have to pay for downloading. That is absurd. I understand uploading might attract costs, but downloading too? whaat??? :)) You guys amaze me. Third of all: even if the download crushed right before finishing, at around 98% load EVERY time, usually happening when a file is bigger than few GB, the countering was still working. Well, that is really good, only that I got ZERO MB of data downloaded and 32GB of data recorded to have been downloaded. amazing! okay, I pay the 5£ to eliminate this issue as I did not needed more than 50 GB of usage. Just maybe. I am writing this review after around one and a half week of trying to use what this app is made for: DOWLOADING BIG FILES. Failed 100%, as a one minute video of 400 MB I cannot call a big file in 2023. I will NEVEr use this service again. It really messed up some of my workflow. Enjoy your stupid rules! Yes! I am mad and do not want to not express it, woth all mu calm and zen in my life. Worst experience with an app in at least 3 years and I mean it. MEGA FAIL APP

I'm totally disappointed until now I could view my favorite series quietly and now suddenly it tells me unsupported file very bad I'm disappointed “ Que La Vida Me Robó”

I loved this App until the account was deactivated without a warning or an explanation. I trusted MEGA with my most valuable moments and memories - years worth of images, wedding photos, family photos, vacation photos. This was the only place I kept them in and now I lost access to them. They were contacted and said they will look into it. It’s been well over half a year. They have been contacted since then more than once to ask for an update and a solution to this situation, and no response ever since. This has been more than disappointing and frustrating, it has been stressful to lose the most important and treasured memories like this.

Toate fișierele foto și video au fost șterse din contul meu. După ce am trimis mail sa semnalez aceasta problema aceștia mi-au spus ca trebuie sa achiziționez pachetul PRO pentru recuperarea fișierelor, dar nu îmi pot garanta ca vor putea fi recuperate. Așa ca nu recomand folosirea acestei aplicații și încărcarea fișierelor personale pentru ca ar putea fi șterse definitiv.
