MEGA’s strong and secure end-to-end encryption means we cannot access or reset your password for you. You MUST remember your password and make sure to back up your account recovery key, which is used to reset your password. Losing your password and the account recovery key will result in lost access to your files.

2018 yılından beridir aktif kullanıyordum son bir iki senedir kullanamadım ve tekrar giriş yapmak istediğimde hiç bir sonuç elde edemedim şifremi unuttum ve şifreyi resetlemek için mailimi link yollattım yeni şifre yarattım fakat tekrar giremedim ne yapıp ne ettiysem boş yetkililerden yardım talep ediyorum
